Shower overflowed. Not close to airport

Struttura davvero accogliente e curata. Camera minimale ma molto comoda, letto, divanetto da 3, minifrigo e cassaforte. La hall sempre luminosa, con bar e personale sempre presente. Ci ho passato il sabato sera leggendo un libro nonostante avessi a disposizione anche la camera. La posizione poi è strategica, davvero comoda. Personale molto disponibile.

In camera c'era solo una presa disponibile, sulla scrivania e quindi lontana da letto e divanetto.

we arrived late on our first evening and all that was available to eat was toast. However, when it arrived it was ham and cheese toasted sandwiches which were brilliant!! Parking was brilliant and your staff were very helpful and I could use my Blue Badge!

The menu for dinner on the second evening was very limited and seemed quite basic - we were expecting a better choice do were rather disappointed! Not even a pizza option!!!

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom and toilet are not insulated from the room.

I could get an early check-in. There are a lot of space in the superior rooms. Good options for breakfast. Wifi is good. Rituals toiletteries in the bathroom. Cleaning and fresh towels every day.

Our rooms were exteremely noisy, as we got rooms on the top floor, where you can hear the resonating sound of the ventillators located on the roof. Difficult to reach the city center and get back with public transportation (only 1 bus/hour in the evenings). No option for pre-ordering a taxi for a selected time, hard to calculate your arrival to your destination (we had to wait a lot for taxis). We had to pay for one bottle of water from the minibar, altought it was said on the website that it is free on arrival.

Water leaks from the bathroom sink and toilet. No place in the shower area to put own toiletries. You have to go out of the shower to reach for soap etc. Aircon cannot be adjusted, it was too hot.
