Very friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure you were comfortable. Their Hammam baths were excellent.

The location was perfect. Over looking the
Main train station. Plenty of restaurants and
The tram stop was opposite the station The
Original Orient Express station is being rebuilt.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location- near restaurants and tourist attractions and with great view of the Bosphorus.
Should not be rated as four stars as only paper cups are provided for hot drinks. Rooms are small. Only one pillow provided per person. No bathtub and TV is tiny.
