Ylenia, at the front desk when I arrived, was wonderful. She gave me all the information I needed for a great stay and visit around the island. She gave me a map of the island and mentioned interesting points of interest. She was fantastic!!! I also really liked the room and bathroom for its cleanliness. The breakfast was more than I imagined and the entire staff were all friendly and helpful. I stayed for 4 nights and I would go back again. I have told many of my friends about the Fortuna Beach Hotel. Thank you to all the staff!!

The humidity in July, but who can control that?

Great staff, great location and the best value I had anywhere in Italy.

The location was great, right across the beach.

Due to maintenance work there was a lot of noise during the daytime.

Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff, especially the cleaner was so lovely and washed my clothes for me

The walls were quite thin

Everything else was great!

Spa was in repairs.

Wonderful service, friendly staff (quickly responded to any of my requests), comfortable rooms, and a gorgeous view (fell in love with these sunrises). It was very convenient to take walks along the embankment and walk to the sea (just a couple of minutes to get it !). Also nice breakfasts and really good location of the hotel! Btw, Casamicciola is located close enough. This hotel is a really nice place to spend a vacation, highly recommend!
