The location was perfect
We felt safe
Parking and transporting luggage!

The location is very good, in the old city yet close enough to the allowed parking area.
The room is very spacious and comfortable to stay in.
There is an elevator which is very helpful and not obvious to have one in Italy.
There are umbrellas and parasols in the entrance free to use which is very nice.
The owner recommended us a close free parking area where we actually found parking!
On our last night there were construction works across the street during the night and early in the morning, which kinda interrupted sleeping.

Big appartement , smella really good everywhere , accessibility to the main attractions
Since it's in the heart of the city there's a bit of noise at night specially the weekends but with ear plug it's okay

On a positive note, the location is absolutely beautiful — right in the heart of Ortigia — and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The service was kind and attentive.
Unfortunately, our stay did not fully meet our expectations. The accommodation was quite dusty, which was a problem for me as I suffer from allergies, so I was not comfortable during the stay. I believe cleanliness should always be a top priority in any accommodation.
In addition, the TV in the room was not working, and the internet connection kept disconnecting, which made things a bit inconvenient.
