Hotel location is fantastic! It was great looking at the wonderful Zaragoza Plaza Der Pilar and to the gorgeous cathedrals from the windows (of our room). We walked everywhere and we also wre able to park our car at the hotel parking lot. It is very hard to find a hotel with parking facility (not public but private hotel parking). Hotel breakfast was really good with many options on the buffet.
The hotel mentions about AC, but we did not have AC! We tried to leave the window open for air, but then mosquitos were annoying.

It was extremely clean and the staff were excellent. There was car parking in an underground car park and it was positioned in a fantastic part of the city, with shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. A lovely city which will certainly visit again

The rooms were very well appointed with beautiful modern bathrooms. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast was very tasty with a variety of choices.
The location of our room was on the first floor looking into a dark alleyway. Our friend travelling with us had a room on a higher floor. Considering our status with the NH hotels and booking.com we thought this would be an easy solution to have us all on the same floor. Not a big issue.

Дуже різноманітний сніданок на будь який смак. В наявності лобіо, де можна попрацювати. Підземна парковка знаходиться в будівлі готелю.
Дуже не сподобались подушки, просто синтипон, неприємно та некомфортно(.Під час сніданку за 15 хвилин персонал попередив, що вони зараз будуть прибирати їжу, тому потрібно взяти, що ще бажаєш.

The best deal. Perfectly located, parking at the hotel itself (costs 21 €), clean, quiet, good service, coffee machin in the room.

View from our 5th floor room was wonderful as it faced the plaza and the church. NH hotels tend to be a little sterile and lacking in personality, but the staff here was helpful and friendly.

Stayed in Zaragoza for work. The location is very central (with a tram stop just outside) and very close to the Plaza del Pilar; the staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the room was spacious with all necessary amenities, and the view from the room was out of this world (sunrise and sunset over the river). Breakfast was also abundant and tasty. They even went out of their way to provide me with a jug of almond milk in the mini bar.
Would love to stay there again soon.

Reception staff were terrible, worst I have experienced. if you asked a question it was as though it was a major inconvenience to the to bother with a customer. They would certainly make it clear as well.

Small room size and fixed room temperature at a minimum of 20c were not what I expected.
Had to sleep with window open for some air, leading to noise from street waking me on numerous occasions.
