I was not offered breakfast. The location was exceptional and staff was very helpful and the apartment very clean. I was very pleased with my stay.

TOUT parfait ! Nous sommes allés en avril. Quel merveilleux avant goût des vacances d'été. Prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en face les piscines. On y retournera c'est une certitude.

Layout and size of apartment

We stay here a lot alway love it! Location is great and all staff are lovely so helpful if you ask for something they go out of their way to do it! We are always self catering but do use the restaurant and bar the buffet dinners are exceptional and great when there is entertainment on! Looking forward to our next stay here soon 😊

No hay nada no solucionable rápidamente por uno mismo,No le falta detalle,habitaciones grandes,cómodas,La mejor cocina que hemos tenido en los sitios que hemos estado.Dos televisores,tres baños para no pelearnos.Todo perfecto.Repetiremos si el año va bien.Gracias

indoor pool, whirlpool und sauna waren echt top. sehr nettes personal. konnten unsere fahrräder in einer kammer abstellen. frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Hele leuke accommodatie, enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hebben ons leuke tripjes geadviseerd, taxi's met gemak geregeld. De bedden zijn heerlijk, ruime kamers en de massage optie bij het zwembad (Maria) is echt top!

Helemaal niets bij de accommodatie, wij vonden alleen het strand minder mooi als bij Marbella center.

El lugar y la ubicación muy cerca del mar, la pileta y los departamentos son muy buenos y cómodos, el personal es muy atento, se siente como en casa.

Tienen que mejorar la comida en el buffet en especial la parte de la carne asada (el pollo y la carne no estaban en buen estado o cocinadas como se debe)

Can hear every move the room above make. And people letting the main entrance door slam to the apartment block.

Great place and amazing location walking distance to the plaza where there is supermarket restaurants pharmacy . Big apartments and nice view

La ubicacion esta perfecta, a 15 minutos del centro de Marbella. La habitacion estaba super limpia y muy espaciosa. El personal fue muy amable y profesional. Jose y Antonio de recepcion fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron a resolver nuestras peticiones. Una lastima que solo fue una noche, pero sera nuestra primera opcion de alojamiento cuando regresemos. gracias

He’s to say when there was so many disappointing moments.

shocking and disappointing, this was our second year returning to this hotel, as our first year stay almost a year ago, was so joyful, but this round it got worse as we got into our room. I am not suggesting you may experience the same, as I was not expecting this too, but was a true experience for us. I am mainly disappointed as it ruined my family's first trip joyful memories. First night setting up the sofa bed and found a LARGE cockroach trapped in between, next night another LARGE cockroach near the bed, and night after another LARGE cockroach near the kitchen, and one more the final night. Ordered a pepperoni pizza which came with olives topping but all had seeds in them, and I nearly broke my teeth. Bathroom drain was not draining properly water set back all time. Smell of sewage from toilet and bathroom all day. Wardrobe drawers smell of damp so couldn’t use it.

Lovely Apartment with excellent Air conditioning. Very clean with everything you could possibly need. Washing machine and dryer. We had a two bedroom, top Penthouse apartment, which had loads of space. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very nice. The area was excellent, and many restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby. Could not really fault anything with the stay. Family really enjoyed it. Would love to stay their again.

This is a really lovely hotel with excellent staff, very helpful and professional. Great breakfast, lots of choice. It's a great location for everything, beach, shops, restaurants. But the highlight for us was the room - we were spoiled with a huge apartment that had 2 balconies and a big comfortable lounge. We will be back thank you Ona Alanda ❤️

Playing in the pool, staff were so friendly, they would help with everything. Place was quiet at night, perfect for a family

The ants in the bathroom, but we grew to live with them!

Spacious, clean, comfortable, pools were amazing, great entertainment and eating/bar etc. Staff were exceptional.

Cleaning service should be everyday not once a week, Breakfast needs improvement, Far from the beach not direct, Towels need to be changed everyday... Overall needs improvement.
