It was convenient to the beaches and old town , the only downside the bathroom door didn’t lock or shut and the shower you can see in though the bedroom as was away with mum

Room 206 sea view was exceptionally clean, comfortable and room modern.
Staff behaviour: One particular staff member named Francesco IS the worst front desk receptionists &, face of the VIBRA chain staff member myself and friends had ever experienced.
I had previously informed the hotel via booking.com of our expected arrival time that being 12am, when we arrived we were told we had to be relocated to another hotel 5mins away by taxi. Tired and upset of this news this man told us TAKE IT or LEAVE & basically called security on 3 woman.

The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and a perfect location, close to both clubs and restaurants. But the absolute highlights are the pool and the staff! Everyone is always smiling, incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely — they definitely deserve a raise! We love the Vibra Crew, and we’ll definitely come back for them and the fantastic pool parties! ❤️
On our last day, we had to hunt down a cockroach in our room.

The location and breakfast were above average.
The worst part was that the air conditioner in my room was not working. I complained three times, but nothing was done. There were also no blankets for my two children, and with the nighttime temperature around 10°C, we were very uncomfortable. Only one hour before check-out did I receive a note saying that a technician would come. Other issues were that the soap dispenser was empty and the vending machine was also empty.

"Unser Apartment war im obersten Stockwerk mit einem großen Balkon in Meeresrichtung, der Ausblick war wunderbar."
