Me despertaron hasta en tres ocasiones para limpiar la habitación. La primera a las 9:30h de la mañana de un sábado. La última de las veces me abrieron la puerta, en las anteriores les advertí de que avisaría al marcharse, y me fui una hora antes de la hora de salida… Por otro lado, y como aviso a navegantes. Ojo a reservar sin posibilidad de cancelación. Reservé 10 días antes y precisamente no a un precio bajo. Al día siguiente me surgió un problema y booking hace de mediador en estos casos —más de una semana de antelación—, pero se negaron a cancelar la reserva sin cobrar el 100%, salvo ofreciendl un cambio de fecha, “dependiendo de la diaponibilidad y en menos de un mes”. La verdad es que pese a que fuera legal me pareció muy poco estético. Así que ya saben, asegúrense antes de reservar al 100% o no reserven…

This hotel was off a main plaza and walking street. It was close to the old town and made sight seeing easy. It also had underground parking. The staff also helped me communicate with my bad Spanish. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. The air conditioning worked well.

Our room had a small window but we really didn't stay in our room beyond sleeping.

Excellent location, very attentive staff. Very comfortable bed and a great and strong shower. car park. All perfect!

There was a gas escape on my bedroom. It smelled really really sulfur, which is higly inflamable and the staff did not evacuate the hotel. The smell was really strong, tears in the eyes and hard to breath. I could not access the room to get my things out so the lady from the recption did it, but stuggled. They changed my room but as the smell was so stong the hole building was smell sulfur. I decided to change hotel and told them to call the police or firemans but they did not. I want my money back!

Very comfortable room and loved the outside terrace. Most of the staff were extremely helpful especially Daniel who helped when Husband fell ill. Could not thank him enough. Quiet area but close to the centre of Jerez.

One female member of staff was not very helpful. Breakfast was good but there could be more variety especially for visitors who are vegetarian.
