RH Princesa Hotel & Spa 4* Sup

Great experience. Clean hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Didn’t meet a single unhappy staff member - all happy to help with anything. Nice location with a small walk in to town. Lovely pools and great little kids pool for toddlers. Probably a bit small for bigger kids but great for my 3 year old.

There wasn’t much to complain about.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the evening entertainment, which was enjoyable for both adults and children. This is a wonderful hotel for families, and we highly recommend it. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience. The restaurant staff, in particular, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They always made us feel comfortable and took great care of us. The food was outstanding—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, with plenty of variety and excellent quality every day. The beds were very comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the evening entertainment was fantastic for both adults and children. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

The outdoor swimming pool was sometimes a bit crowded, especially during the day. Some of the furniture and facilities looked a little outdated, but everything was clean and well maintained.

Everything was once again top notch, staff were very attentive spotlessly clean, food very good, looking forward to next yearand we h ave recommended to friends

I had a mold in my room and didn’t get any discount for that so I have to share , they changed my room when i had been sleeping in it for 2 days with child , also didn’t like they could not offer duvet only blankets ,
