The location, facilities are all excellent. The room and bathroom were extemely comfortable. Service was exceptiona. Their dining room is built on top of roman ruins which you can see through the floor. Just a great hotel.
Breakfast was excellent but service could have been slightly faster.

Boutique hotel that combines a historic building tastefully modernised to create a very pleasing aesthetic.
Luxurious with being excessively formal. Good in house restaurant and comfortable and stylish pool area.
Rooms not over generous for the rates,in particular we had a single wardrobe which also accommodated the safe and shelves leaving insufficient hanging for a 3/4 dress.

Fantastic staff at the hotel, nice pool area.
The hotel needs some updating or finishing, i.e the lifts looked like they were for commercial use not guests, not a good first impression.
The staff at the restaurant in the evening were not attentive or friendly. and not a good atmosphere.
The price for breakfast was very expensive at 35 euros although they did offer a discount at check in of 5 euros (This obviously tells you that people are not booking breakfast as its too expensive.)

Das Frühstück war sehr gut . Sehr sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer befand sich direkt gegenüber des Haupteingangs ; sehr kleines verwinkeltes Badezimmer; undichte Dusche, so dass dauernd das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand, und das Waschbecken lief sehr schlecht ab ab ; keine Handtuchhalter
