The food was outstanding! The view as well! Staff is friendly and almost everyone speaks english

Plenty of pool space, amenities, sea view ,location to the beach and local promanade walk to lighthouse. Excellent weather 😀

I'd say when I stayed fee years ago night entertainment was a bit more interesting.

The swimming pool heated, very good for children

Room was big even to fit my bike inside. But with the price I had expected a bit more modern interior. But location was quite nice with beach view and the bed comfortable. The shower was spacious and you had a fridge and botteled water for free.

On my trip this was the most accommodation. I felt the hotel staff was quite stressed since they answered a call of my to ask for early breakfast just o.k. friendly and forgot to give back my ID card. This caused some trouble for me as I just recognised that on another island. I tried to discuss a suitable solution for all parties with the front staff manager. But they were reluctant to do anything and left me alone with this problem. I expected a hotel in this price category to be more customer friendly.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, big pools, a lot of entertainment for kids. Its quite a massive place, so if you are looking for a smaller place, this one is quite huge.

Some furniture and details needs renovation, the beach by foot is more far than it seemed, although you have a shuttle from the hotel to the beach.

Too many german TV Chanels and Just a few from the rest o european countries

Everything was perfect. I spend my honeymoon there (and my birthday), best decision. Highly recommend. Staff friendly and very supportive, they always smile. Room was nice, the pools are cristal clear... Bars are stocked up, programs are amazing (extra bonus the night shows👌) Food is fresh and everyone can find something (vegans, vegetarians, food allergies). I definitely will come back in September.

Maybe the pools could be a bit warmer (but that's jist a personal preference)

- each third day dinner is fabolous. maybe another chef, but taste is much better like other 2 days.

- they charge You 3 eur for low quality post mix coke if you dont have all inclusive. they hunt your strip belt color on hand to get your money. altought You paid more than 200 bucks for room per day. 3 tables beside was not charged. maybe it is by “looks”. the same at pool bar. - some machines in gym are begging for repair.

- town and faro reachable by walk, elevator from hotel to promenade level - food variants each day, canarian local products available. better food and dining experience compared to other Barcelo hotels on island. - one of pools is heated - in winter not so many people, so services are smooth and problems are solved immediately - beach is outstanding, near hotel. we travelled fuerte many times before but with children this is our final destination ( plus caleta de fuste )

- retro room cards are often out of services, we spoke more guests, it is common problem. frontdesk uses phrase about demagnetization by phone. - guest segregating according to purchased level. you feel like “not worthy” when You dont posses royal or B+ level. some locations and services are restricted to You without premium. we got hand belt stripes like “arbeit macht frei” camp of different color to select Your “exceptionality”. white, silver, yellow, red. choose wisely.

Everything went well, nothing really to complain about. Was enjoying my stay at the hotel and around.

Smoking area near restaurant terrace will benefit to move somewhere away as fumes were smelled on a terrace, especially on the way to / from restaurant.

Key card to open the room door needs - Programming everyday which is very annoying! This needs sorting out as many guests had the same problem! Swimming pool for adult too cold

This hotel's glory days are long gone, it literally falling apart. poor Wi-Fi, tv remote not working, long distance from room to main building, poor quality drinks, extra charge for exchanging towels, good gym but again - nothing seems to work

The room was comfortable, the view to the beach was awesome, the food sortiment was very good. There were very good programs in the hotel.

We originally booked a family room, but on the morning we were due to come to hotel, our friends had tested for Covid. We rang hotel to cancel family room and swap to a double room with sea view. This was a special occasion as my husband was celebrating a special birthday. When we were told our room number, it was too far from facilities and there was no sea view when you sat down on terrace. We then went back to Hotel and complained. We were given another room as we wanted to stay in the Hotel. To our disappointment, the room was awful and our views was not sea view, it was roof tops...we went back to reception to complain yet again and decided we were too upset to stay! Infact, I was left in tears at reception where no refund was made, we lost €139!!!! WE THEN BOOKED THE SOL HOTEL FOR THE 2 NIGHTS....PLEASE CAN YOU COMPENSATE US DUE TO ALL THE UPSETS WE INDURED I AWAIT YOUR REPLY
