Greatcstaff and an excellent breakfast. Inner room was small but immaculate. I got a terrace room my last night and it was very nice.

AC went out and had to be re-set by front desk, a small issue.

Omonia is better than its reputation: The neighbourhood is not bad at all and felt safer than it is often described. It is well connected, convenient for getting around, and we did not feel unsafe during our stay. Very comfortable bed: The bed was one of the highlights of the room. It was comfortable and allowed for a good night’s sleep. Good value for money: Considering the size of the suite, the view and the overall facilities, the price represented good value. Spacious suites with a view: The suite was large, well laid out and offered a pleasant view, which made the stay more enjoyable. Friendly and welcoming staff: The doormen at the entrance were consistently polite, smiling and helpful. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were equally courteous and attentive.

A misleading booking experience related to the Acropolis: Before booking, we wanted to be certain we were using the correct website, as it did not initially appear to be the official one. We specifically asked for confirmation and checked the details on our mobile phone before proceeding. Only after receiving that confirmation did we make the booking. Unfortunately, we later discovered that we had been misled by a website connected to the so-called “Acropolis scam,” rather than the official channel. When we raised this with the property, the explanation that it had simply been a misunderstanding did not seem credible, given that we had explicitly sought confirmation beforehand. The response we received was unsatisfactory and unfortunately affected our overall impression of the service. Despite the comfortable accommodation and the kindness of many staff members, this experience is something future guests should be aware of when booking.
