Fantastic location. Great, attentive staff (majority). Clean and spacious.
Unfortunately, the food was barely warm. We just couldn't make use of the AI option due to this and ended up eating out.

Good location , near harbour and beach. Good sizes swimming pools, gardens kept well, rooms clean
Dining experience awful, to just have one restaurant for all guests it was so noisy, chaotic, dangerous with kids running around and having to constantly get up and go to another bar for drinks that really would be better of with table service, holding plates of hot dinner then having to navigate back to your table with so many people moving around is dangerous and so disorganised this really spoilt our dining experience at this resort

Amazingly attentive staff, very kind and helpful. They treated our severely disabled, non-verbal, quadriplegic son with so much love and kindness, it was truly amazing 🤩
Also loved the chair lift at the pool, made life so much easier.
The food was also great, catered for five of us with very different tastes.
Sadly there was no accessible room left, which was ok, but a bit tight with the wheelchair. We didn’t mind, but were a bit worried we will get the chair stuck in the door 😂

Friendly staff
Uncomfortable beds, incredibly loud music throughout much of the day. Fairly average food
