The staff is very helpful. The WhatsApp channel for customer service is very responsive, well trained, helpful and kind (there's a human there, not AI). Breakfast was amazing, above most hotels in higher cost tiers. The facilities are nice and well maintained. Overall a really great stay!
It's a very nice neighborhood with some great restaurants within walking distance or a short ride away. Which also means the city center is a bit far off. Nothing unreasonable, but a 40 to 50 BRL ride away. No big deal at all, it depends on the purpose and planning of the trip.

Pool and breakfast
Air conditioning flows on our heads in the bed. It should be placed in the other wall. Even if you try to control the flow of air upwards it still comes straight to your head

Location is good. Breakfast is quite ok.
Rooms are not 5-star level. Basic decoration, simple bathroom, no slippers and bathrobe, lighting similar to 2-star hotel. No luxury feeling at all.
