I suddenly shaved my legs and i called to the front desk to inquire first aid kit but didn't have any emergency kits and only gave me bandage. I think hotel must have first aid kits. Also indoor pool didn't have towels.

The room was nice and beds very confortable . The staff was friendly - especially one lady who managed our table at the breakfast and the trainer at the gym.
It is not very central. At the same time the area is quiet.

The location was great. The staff were very attentive to our needs. They even helped us with arranging medical appointments and Taxi services for us.

Good location for Seoul Tower and on the hop on/off bus route. Very comfy beds and nicely designed.
Although the decors nice it hides the fact the rooms are quite small for a £300+ per night hotel. I’ve stayed in much better hotels for the price. Couple that with having to pay considerably extra for the inside/outside pool it’s not worth it for me. My biggest gripe was £97 for a buffet dinner, I refused when I found out the price. I can eat in a Michelin starred restaurant for that and in fact we did just up the road.
