The hotel itself was lovely but it just needs a little TLC, Positive - The room is massive, the breakfast was lovely, the staff are great, perhaps a little pricey but even after the negatives would probably stay there again.

Negatives - ie:- the room had some mold on the ceiling above the bed, not much and probably isn't to much of a problem but paint over it, the bathroom had a plug in the sink that wasn't attached to anything, three pictures on the wall as you walk into the room, one picture frame was cracked and sticking out, the carpet could do with changing in the room, it just needs the little things done.

A beautiful characterful old coaching inn.

It is a little ‘tired’ looking and might be too old fashioned for some younger guests but I understand that it will be under going a refurb shortly

Quiet room. Very good central location. Good car park. Excellent breakfast.

Warm and welcoming ( place and staff) . The decor and furnishings were really very well tailored to this uniquely characterful place to both stay and eat in.

Amazing room, although the people above were walking about lots and the floor was extremely creaky!
