The professionalism and engagement of the young staff.
Our room was next to a suite where a celebration was taking place. It was very noisy and the occupants were rowdy on the Sunday night. They vacated on the Monday so the rest of our stay was peaceful nights.

Fantastic location, beautifully presented hotel and my room made me have biggest smile. It was exemplary and I could not have asked for more.

Very nicely situated
Old building but decorated to the building
Air. Conditioning was very hit & miss
Only one bar area and one separate dining venue

The location was excellent and we had a very pleasant afternoon tea.
The spa facilities were extremely outdated and not hygienic at all, they surely can use an upgrade!
