The shower and toiletries were very good. The room was basic, clean, and comfortable with everything you’d expect. The breakfast team were very efficient and attentive.

In a beautiful area with lovely views over great Malvern
I didn’t have a welcome email so didn’t have the information required , went to the hotel to check in and was met by a very disinterested person who didn’t give me any information apart breakfast times etc and WiFi , no information in the studio regarding WiFi or how to use tv - unable to get normal tv

Outstanding views of the Malvern Hills and pretty hotel location. The breakfast we enjoyed was excellent.
We received a phone call on the way to the hotel notifying us that they had just booked the last table in the restaurant. It would have been better if they had called to ask if we wanted dinner or even reserved a table for us. Room number 3 was tiny, cluttered and should not have been a double room. En suite was also tiny and shower floods.
