Dinner at East restaurant was excellent Lovely charachter hotel in beautiful location

Room was cramped with low ceiling on one side of the bed (mine....) banged my head several times

The facilities are great and the room baths and showers are fantastic.

Staff and restaurant were very good.

Room had a door that didn’t open very easily and lighting in the room was very poor due to the bed side lights not working.

Adventure Glen and the riding center were excellent. The kids entertainment and evening entertainment were excellent too.

The property was tired. The bedrooms were dated and need some care and attention. There was no aircon, no fridge in the room and no safe. We booked the hotel for a night away for my parents anniversary and my sisters birthday. The room my sister was given was above the kitchen and very noisy. She and her 5 year old got very little sleep as a consequence and despite requests no change in room was offered. There was no availability in the hotel restaurants for a time suitable for young children. This was despite booking weeks in advance. Both night we were therefore required to walk with a 5 and 6 year old to the sister hotel. The first night when we arrived despite the hotel telling us a booking had been made that wasn’t the case and we were told they had no reservations or availability for us. They did eventually accommodate us and the food and service at the Murraypark was good but it wasn’t a great experience and it felt like we weren’t actually guests at Crieff hydro. These negatives had a real impact on our stay and wouldn’t encourage me back
