Best Western Atlantic Hotel

Great staff they were super kind to us my grandma who I was travelling with had a small incident and they kept checking on her to make sure she was ok the entire time of our stay, I had the best steak of my life in the hotel’s restaurant on our last day of stay, it’s a true gem if your looking to explore Chelmsford high street and high chelmer it’s only a 5 minute walk away and also has a bus station near also if you are a student at the aru the hotel is actually closer to the main building than the aru dormitory

The only problem I had was with the room cleaning they didn’t do their job thoroughly

The staff were amazing, both Uday and Gadan were very hospitable and lovely guys and Udays Indian food was outstanding. We had a lot of fun with them. The reception staff were also super helpful and sweet especially Yana. We very much enjoyed our stay 😊thanks guys!x

Part of the hotel is under construction which is only noticeable from the outside. The room and facilities are very nice and staff are very helpful and friendly

It took me a while to find the entrance

Not Applicable, looked worn, bar closed, decor tired

Seemed very expensive for what it was, paid for a suite, big room, not what I’d call a suite, no luxury feel
