Upper Berkeley Hotel

Es war direkt die Lage wo ich meine Meetings habe also on the Spot sonst sehr zentral auch.

Great central location which is what we needed on this occasion.

Great location, easy to check in and great room

Extra pillows would be good

Clean and very well located Very good value for money

Electronic Check-in system would be perfectly acceptable if it worked properly: - It got off to a bad start when It didn't recognise my booking reference number, so I had to go through a laborious process via name etc. - Once I managed to tap the button to get my room key, the screen went back to homepage without telling me which room I was in. I had to call the helpline to get my room number. There should be a bold and clear YOU ARE IN ROOM XX screen when you claim your key - I would have appreciated an extra pillow, which would have made the bed more comfortable
