The 24-hour food service is amazing! It's very near to the airport so it is quite convenient to catch the next flight.

If the room can be a bit more clean then it's perfect!

The linen was great as was the bed. Restaurant food ok.

The shower was really dangerous. Very slippery and no mat. I had to go quite a far way to my room with luggage, only to not be able to enter. Card didn’t work.

Location was close to Heathrow Airport, which was important to us.

The room was very small; barely enough room to open a suitcase, and it had to be on the floor. The little store lacked any healthy snack selections. It did not even have nuts for purchase. There was no water in the room. The bathroom had only 2 bath towels. No hand towels.

Room was clean and adequate - exactly what you'd expect for the price. There's a restaurant in the hotel with pretty good food, again at a decent cost for London. The staff were lovely.

Getting to and from the hotel by bus is a pain, since the bus runs only once an hour.

Very close to the airport, and it's not like a ghost hotel, there were actually a lot of people coming in and out. They had vending machines to get food and drinks after the restaurant closed which was very useful because we got there after midnight. The room was very small but the bathroom was big enough.

The double bed was actually two beds put together.

The room was an unbearable temperature and there was no ac or even a fan. The window does open but it does slam shut and didn't provide any relief. Made for a sweaty night sleep

I stayed for one night as I had a connecting flight early the next day. Location was very convenient. I also arrived quite late, and the food available late in the cafe was appreciated. Staff were friendly. Room was small, but comfortable.

Hotel is a bit dated, but otherwise a good quality for one night.

risk of delay - shuttle doesn't go to terminal 4 so a further transfer to train is required- these could be delayed also - the taxis are a rip off trying to charge £30 . The hotel is 5 mins drive from airport. This hotel should have its own shuttle- what is this 3rd world!!!!

Used as a stopover before a flight. This is a great location just a few minutes drive from the airport. Check-in was quick and the facilities ideal for my needs including vending machines and self-service shop area. I liked the fact that there was a lot going on in the hotel but it never seemed rushed or crowded. My room was very comfortable and i heard no noise during the night at all. Air conditioning was a bonus.

Although it seems to be standard practice, i do not like paying extra for parking. £11 for overnight seems excessive. That is the only complaint i have, i was really impressed with everything else.

For the price this hotel is a fantastic option for people travelling from Heathrow. No matter the time there is always something available to eat or drink and it is comfortable to stay.

Room was fine for what we needed

The staff told us the train station was a short walk from the hotel to get into London. It took us 40 minutes plus and we later found out there was a closer station than the one he sent us to. We had to be at the airport for our flight early so we had to get the shuttle bus at 4am. We had to pay for the shuttle bus and then stood outside in the rain waiting for the shuttle bus and it never came. We then had to order an Uber as the staff member said they were not associated with the shuttle and we would have missed our flight if we had waited for the next bus.
