The location is great, our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good.
The water pressure when using the shower wasn’t great.

Fabulous location with a car park. It’s a lovely hotel with good facilities and the breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. No noise could be heard from other rooms though we did visit on a fairly quiet weekend.
The room had a sea view but the view could not be seen from the bed and I thought this was a shame. Had the room been laid out differently I’m sure this could’ve been possible.

Room was very clean and comfortable.
Meal deal including evening meal exceptional value. All meals were very good, lots of choice, plenty to eat, well presented and tasted great. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything. We were able to park in the hotel car park. The room was large and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very comfortable hotel.
The room was a little bit too warm for us at night, but otherwise excellent.

Lovely old fashioned rooms and hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location and great value for money.

The staff were so amazing and very helpful. They have such a great sense of humour and pay close attention to your needs. The food was outstanding and such an amazing variety of choice. The location is absolutely stunning and peaceful.
The only thing we didn’t like, was leaving. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the whole stay. The people in the town are super friendly and very welcoming. Nothing to dislike about our trip at all.

Great location on the seafront. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast and a nice bar and seating areas.
Very tired bedroom. Window frames need painting, carpet cleaning, bathroom needs an update and a good clean as very mouldy in the shower, curtain rail and soap tray rusty and not pleasant to use.

Breakfast was limited in choice. At this price point you would expect more from the cooked option than a Full Welsh or vegetarian. Evening dinner was ordinary

Staff were brilliant, food and service were excellent, and the public areas were packed with antiques and history.
Separate dog friendly lounge/diner, and great dog friendly rooms.
This is a 3 star hotel but it punches above this rating, all the staff gave a 4+star performance.
Room was OK if a little "tired" which was to be expected from such a grand old hotel. Other rooms in our group varied from OK to very good (especially the dog friendly room)
