We grabbed a night here as a place to sleep en route to Agnes Water for a sports event and it met our expectations. Clean, tidy, with lots of room, it was precisely what we expected for a motel. The location is lovely -- we loved our walk along the ocean path in the morning.
Nothing was amiss -- it is on the better end of old-style motels.

no clothes dryer in guest laundry and nowhere to hang wet beach towels and swimmers. Too much noise at 4 am from people in room above

It was very comfortable for 3 singles travelling together. Close to the beach.
The veranda didn't have a view of the beach/water. But we were only there for one night, (at two separate times) so it didn't matter so much.

The sofa was not clean. Underneath the cushions was foodstuffs. Not good. I advised the person in the office about this and she apologised but this should be checked after every use of the room
