Placement of the hotel was really good and parking was very convenient but small!

The bathroom was unacceptable with a horrible smell from the drains (all of them) and there where lime residues everywhere in the shower/bath, did not look very nice at all. Bathroom felt very outdated overall. There is no AC in the rooms

Car parking is expensive and too crowded, and the parking spaces are quite tight unless you have a small car - the hotel should have its own free parking area. Too much noise from other hotel rooms, even a dog was left alone in another room and was howling in the early morning. Bathroom was worn and had no ventilation running. Long waits at the reception. Booking a room in advance did not make the check-in faster at all. Breakfast was very crowded with people, and the staff hadn't done anything to keep flying wasps away from the breakfast room.

Close to the HC museum, breakfast some what. Modern style big room ( upgraded at our wish)

They assigned me to the wrong room but fixed it when I complained, rooms does not have telephones,slippers and some important items, breakfast dishes are limited.

The staff is really Rude. For a 4 star luxury property they charge 10 extra for extra 30 mins for checkout which noone tells you in advance. For a 180 euro room I believe this is cheapness. We havent had this issue with any other hotel which are luxury. Hostels as well as budget hotels have this policy which. Everyone is aware

Very nice location. The room was clean and the mattresses were confortable. Also, the breakfast was great!

The coffee machine in the room made lukewarm coffee. Being a coffee addict tgst was a bit if a letdown. The bathroom didn't ventilate well so I was pleased that I was alresdy letting my facial hair grow. Misty mirror!

Toilet cannot flush, extremely poor breakfast, very noisy at night as people are back from casino drunk , very stuffy, dim and hot room... Recommend you not to stay there... We checked out one day earlier even when we booked two nights
