The room, the energy in the room. & the extremely noisy road & the loud banging of the heavy doors near me that were closing at all times throughout the night. Not a motel for me, as I couldn’t sleep at all here. However understand it’s just a stop off for many people ..

Location was great. Room is clean and modern. Shower was also great. Wifi worked well and the room had a smart TV.

Restaurant was very overpriced for dinner. Paid a Full Breakfast Included rate but they didn't open for breakfast and gave me a Cornflakes, a muesli bar and juice instead.

Shuttle bus was very easy to arrange for the next morning at no extra cost. The room was quiet and the beds super comfy, we had a great sleep. Restaurant was great and very affordable, drinks were cheap and the menu had lots of options, we didn't need to go out for dinner or breakfast. The buffet breakfast was delicious. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, and throughout our meals, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel truly valued as guests. It was the best decision to book here for the last night of our stay. Thank you.

Staff and shuttle service was exceptional, food at the restaurant good and good value for money

Rooms are dated but have everything we needed for an overnight early start. Be aware if you’re on the first floor you need to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs, there’s no elevator

Airport shuttle ran perfectly. Restaurant was great. Room was very comfortable and met all our needs.
