Think beach could be better utilized some chairs / beds
Ongoing renovations we were not aware of above our rooms . Never told of this problem at check in !
It would have been good on the tv to have an International English news channel ( no news channels at all ) !
Hotel shop could be open a bit more often ?

The hotel facilities was great, pool and access to the beach was okay. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating, shout out to front desk indian guy i cant recall his name. The hotel ambience was very relaxing.
The waiting check in services was really bad, came at 3 had to wait until 5pm before i finally getting my key. Lobby hotel was hot making the whole check in process from bad to worse. What is the purpose of online check in directly to Thistle website if we still had to queue and wait for almost 2 hours before finally checking in.

Nice beach, good size pool with various depth, easy to walk around. Security carpark was super helpful and friendly. Hotel nearby has good seafood restaurants
Room toilet couldnt flush, even after calling twice for repair, it wasnt smooth flushing, room needs some updating and proper cleaning, no safe in my room, balcony railing has bird/bat droppings that was not cleaned up, breakfast buffet was questionable- are those chicken sausages really chicken? Boiled eggs are cold....
Hotel maybe used to be 4 or 5 star ratings in the past, it definitely needs some updating overall
