LOCATION!!! We chose this apartment hotel because of the proximity to Circular Quay and were not disappointed. The ferries were just a 10 minute walk away, or you could catch a tram just outside the hotel entrance. Wynyard station was a 5 minute walk away with trains direct to and from the airport, and with a huge Coles supermarket inside. We stayed on the 8th floor and the apartment was clean and tidy, complete with all standard facilities and equipment. Relaxing in the rooftop pools (warm kids pool plus the cold adult pool) were a great way to end the day. Full marks to the staff at the reception, very friendly and eager to help. We needed some garbage bags and toilet paper and they were provided to us right away. Checking in and out were a breeze and they also kept our bags for a couple of hours after we checked out. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are at Sydney. Keep up the good work, guys!

Firstly, basic housekeeping service were lacking during the Easter long weekend. We were aware of staff shortage during the holidays and were not expecting daily service, however, taking the garbage out and changing the towels once every three days is a fair expectation, and should not warrant an explicit request. We had the 'Out and about, please come on in' door sign on (and so did a few other apartments) but no housekeeping service was provided throughout our 3 night stay. Secondly, the washing machine didn't work properly. The washing cycle abruptly ended during the Rinse stage and the water wouldn't drain and the spin cycle would not start. We had to take out the wet clothes, wring them by hand and put them in the dryer. Thirdly, some fresh towels in the gym/pool area would have been a nice addition. Lastly, there was a delay in checking in and we had to wait for about half an hour (after 2 pm) to get access to our apartment. The reception staff were apologetic and offered to safely keep our luggage with them until the rooms were ready.

The hotel had non of the facilities advertised. We stayed with my family and we used the pool wich had no lights at all, the spa was not working and when we called reception to ask about the lights they just asked us to hold and then never did anything about no lights in the area at all. We also found a syringe on the floor near our room, my children nearly stepped on it I was mortified and we took a photo of this also. The pool area is unsafe and by all means not to code, there are climbing points all over the area for young children wich is unsafe and it was very dirty with old socks left on the floors and the seating was not even cleaned the area was just extremly messy. The fence was wobbly looking over the edge, if a child was to lean on that fencing it could be a very big hazard. Also there was no room service as advertised on line and they told us they were low staff, there was also no mini bar facility as advertised so this is false advertising for the full very expensive price per night you have charged us. I will be taking this further.

Location perfect for a city break. My family loved it. Kitchen facilities excellent. Pool was perfect for a cooling dip.

The double bed seemed too small for a luxurious apartment. The ridiculous amount of cushions everywhere meant our rooms were filled with unnecessary items. What is the reason for so many pillows?
