The property was clean and comfortable
A bit outdated, no shower screen/curtain

I liked the bed, the view and the location.
It would have been great if Blue Hills provided a plate, bowl and knives and forks. They did provide two mugs and two teaspoons though.

there are refurbishments happening - some nice new touches on the way
these refurbishments are cheap, the towel rack is falling off the wall, the toilet roll holder isnt connected properly, there is a hole in the ceiling above the shower, the plaster on the walls is cracked and exposed in many places. The fit out is trying to be modern, perhaps a qualified carpenter could fix most of these issues in a small amount of time?

The bed was comfortable
This motel is very basic. I would class it as 1960's in decor. It is on a main road which suffers from noisy hoons ( and that was a Sunday evening) Given Hobart's weather and the noisy road, I would have thought double glazed windows would be a worthwhile consideration. I couldnt see a fire escape either, only one stairway
