Room was spacious and comfortable! Very clean! Location was absolutely perfect! Easy access to all the restaurants and shops!

We found the pillows very soft!

The room we got overlooked, the beach and pool, which was amazing! The staff was great, and the room service was very reasonable. The Central location of the place was great as it was easy to find.

Couldn't remember what I didn't like as everything was great. In terms of "room", "breakfast" and "location.

The location is perfect. The swimming pool is also great though very crowded in the day time. Staff were welcoming and did their best.

The hotel and rooms are dated. Although it has recently been refurbished I didn't notice much improvement on our stay several years ago. We booked a king room with balcony though the balcony was small and not pleasant to sit outside. As it is part of IHG group I was expecting more for the price we paid. I am aware it was the busiest time of the year. As a Platinum Elite member 198494815 I expected a little more attention. At other IHG resorts we were spoilt with customer service.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I didn't have to run around asking for help. Help was always available.

The prices per night were a little steep but overall it was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast waiting period even with booking @better to get 2x queues 1 for booked 1 for walk ins lot of noise early morning from the next room we had to spend Extra 1200 to upgrade to a bigger room and the kids ended up sleeping on a sofa bed and we lost the living area

There were so many vacant rooms ocean facing,l rooms, I paid for an ocean facing room and got a side ocean Poolside menu could be better

Wonderful accomodating staff

Great location and sea view from room #509 was fantastic. Staff interaction was minimal but always friendly when approached.

Although the room was clean there is a distinct ‘Outdated’ feel. Disappointing there wasn’t a stand alone shower, but rather a bath with a shower above it. It seemed there are some works in progress onsite and this may be the modernisation of rooms? Additional cost of car parking at $25 per night a bit steep after the premium cost of rooms.

The hotel staff were very warm , helpful and professional . It gave the impression of a good team spirit among the staff , people enjoying their work . Upon check in , Denise gave us the warmest of welcomes . The hotel is in a fantastic location, with everything within walking distance, including the beach . We will definitely stay here again , as well as recommend it .

Enjoyed the room, the balcony was nice but the outdoor furniture was poorer quality than expected at the venue and for the price paid for the room

That we were charged for 2 breakfasts and only enjoyed 1. I would have expected a mid week overnight stay for around $400 we might have had breakfast thrown in. In fact a few weeks later it was a promotion we were NOT offered :(

Lovely big room with balcony and beach view.

Air conditioning lowest temp 20C - too hot for sleeping at night. Felt a bit vulnerable sleeping with the door to balcony open.

One particular staff member was quite rude to my husband. He didn’t realise he couldn’t finish his beer (from the room) in the reception area. A simple “I’m sorry sir, you can’t drink that in reception or outside” would have sufficed. Instead her demeanour was very abrupt and rude and brought the mood of our evening down. There was no need for her to be so condescending when my husband is an amicable and friendly person. All of the other staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Celebrated my 70th birthday with my family. We all stayed there. Had a great time and the staff were excellent and helpful.
