Right in town, easy to find

Bit of a rabbit warren to use lifts and go through lots of security doors with luggage

Room had a great view & so quiet . Great price. But most important the staff were exceptional 👏 especially Dean who was so good to find & post my charger i left in the room. His service made my stay . Great tthese days to experience a place where people are still valued . Thank you Edit

Shower was exceptional. view excellent out to ferries.

Heater needed a training manual and even then didn't work.

The location is very handy to town for restaurants.

The breakfast was awful. The cooked breakfast my husband had was cold, and only some of it was available. The continental breakfast only had the cheapest type of cereals on offer, the pots of jam looked like they had been in use for weeks and the orange juice was far from fresh. The room we stayed in was in serious need of refurbishment. The guy at check in forgot to take payment for the room from us and put payment for the breakfast voucher against the wrong name. Housekeeping missed a McDonalds cup and straw which we found on top of a cupboard in the room.
