Generous size rooms, modern decor, proximity to shopping etc

Was looking forward to a great nights sleep on the famous art series mattress, and was disappointed the bed didn’t have one. There was no tea bags and milk provided (had to ask for them) and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 10am despite having a late checkout of 1pm.

Staff were awesome so welcoming and friendly

could be more clean our windows were very dirty and the pool was filthy.

Beautiful property with the art work and decor. There was construction going on but didn’t even realise. Only knew as a tradie got off on the construction level. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the soaps smelt amazing!! Will defiantly stay again

Great location and feel to the hotel. Loved the John Olsen art. Pool looked amazing.

I choose this hotel because on the phone they have a bathtub for the studio room -I arrived midnight only wanted a bathtub for my sore back and the front desk told me I have to pay extra to upgrade to another room which has bathtub even the staff know there is a mistake of the photos they put online they insisted me paying extra for a room with bathtub. It was midnight I was very tired to find another hotel and had to pay the extra fee. I only stayed in the room for a few hours so I was not happy about this. In the morning I wanted a coffee before run out for an appointment only to find the milk in the room was expired long time ago. Also the carpark was so narrow that I got a stomach trying to not scratch my rental car to get in there. Do not recommend this hotel
