We only stayed for one night, but the hotel was wonderful. It is very large, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely soft sheets. A special thank you to Jack at reception, who was absolutely fabulous. He kindly gave us two breakfast vouchers, and the breakfast was excellent—very tasty, with a great variety of options. We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The only small downside was that there was no food available in the evening and no vending machines. There were only a few snacks available in the room.

The front office staff were excellent, particularly Lucy Ni, who checked me in and provided all the information I needed. She also organised a wake-up call and gave me helpful information about the airport shuttle. The hotel room was great—very quiet, clean, and comfortable. I really appreciated being able to get some good rest before my next flight. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection of options. One area that could be improved would be providing clearer dietary information, particularly regarding halal options or what is the the food ingredients to make selection easier.

I could not find any clear information about the airport shuttle, so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.

Jan Australia 5.0 Fair Liked · The breakfast offering was absolutely excellent. The late opening times for the restaurant/bar were great, i.e. for late arrivals at this airport hotel (except: the restaurant had a huge TV screen but which only played Chinese-language programmes, so zero atmosphere in the restaurant/bar). Disliked · Nobody spoke English. My TV's remote control was only in Chinese. My room's facilities were empty (empty fridge; no coffee/tea, no glasses or cups). My room phone was supposed to allow international calls but it did not (I approached reception, they were unaware of the process but were very helpful, and three people later - after midnight - it worked! The room's opening windows don't close properly, the airport freeway is nearby - interessingly, there were earplugs on my bedside table. This hotel offers a free bus service from the airport to the hotel: I found this near impoosible to locate - basically, it is at an un-signed posted pick-up point, across the road, outside Terminal 1 ... at my late time of arrival, I couldn't see a taxi stand to try that instead.
