Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach

Great

Not everyday cleaning, could’ve been better

As first-timers in Dubai, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location was perfect, within a vibrant area and conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to get around. Our room was a great size, spotlessly clean, and the beds were huge and incredibly comfortable. We opted for the half-board package and were really impressed with the food. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, and we were equally pleased with the lunch and dinner choices and the overall quality of the food. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really helped make our stay so memorable. I was celebrating my 30th birthday during our visit, and the team kindly arranged for a birthday cake to be delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful personal touch and genuinely made the occasion feel extra special. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our first trip to Dubai such a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

Good, comfortable stay and friendly staff

Great location

Shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it and the toilet didn’t smell pleasant. Breakfast was very busy and a little chaotic, I had dirty cutlery on my table one day, pool area was also too busy so didn’t use this during the stay.
