Great location, gym was small but nice
Had a big room upon check in, but the fan in the room was squeaky, so they changed my room but put me in a much smaller room.

Tolle Lage.

Very friendly and competent staff, ready to help at all times.
The bar was closed on Monday and Tuesday nights. I wanted to try it once before leaving.

Great looking hotel, cool Aesthetic inside, the games suite was quirky and fun
Pretty far out of town, parking was very expensive on site, especially when it wasn’t within walking distance of the city centre

Die Exklusivität
Die Minibar ist leider ausgefallen.
Im Zimmer lag sehr viel Staub.
Der Duschkopf war undicht und total verkalkt.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Sehr sauber!
Da gibt es nichts spezielles. Ich finde aber, dass man freiwillig ruhig anbieten kann, die Parkgarage beim Auschecken zu bezahlen anstatt am Automaten zahlen zu müssen.

It has a very unsettling interior design. The red painted hallway with bold, black paisley prints and the weird, huge posters of floating (drowning) women with horrible facial expressions in the hallways and in the room would definitely not lend themselves to a restful stay.
I actuallt checked in but literally ran out of the hotel even if I was going to be charged for the two nights I booked because there was no way I could stay in their room. Could be about personal preferences but the design for me was creepy.

The breakfast is excellent, one of the best breakfasts I had at a hotel.
The pool is pretty nice and clean. They have nice spa and relaxation place.
The rooms are not very modern and clean. The rugs are old and decolored a bit. The bathroom sink is dirty and stained. Like yellow stained at sides and not cleaned. the chair in the room is pretty dirty too. Overall not very clean.

I forgot the swimming suits in the bathroom . Next day called them . The receptionist said will send post to me but until now nothing happened. That’s not good .

Nice hotel location. Friendly breakfast staff.
For starters the hotel reception staff wasn’t all that friendly. I had to pay the full amount plus a fee for any extras in advance. Since I didn’t have my credit card with me (I never do, I always use apple pay) they told me this was mandatory. I explained them I gave my credit card details through booking but that wasn’t enough, the amount had to be paid in full. The arrogant “manager” even said that every hotel “all over the world” he ever worked in did this. Strange thing the hotel I slept in the previous two nights didn’t, neither did the hotels I have worked in.
Moving on to the room. I booked a Junior suite for which I paid 597,24 euro, two nights including breakfast. The room itself was nice and spacious. Decent size sofa and nice looking bathroom. The biggest issue with the room was the bed. This was just plain awful. My girlfriend and I both had extreme pain in our backs after the two nights we spend here. Which isn’t normal for people in their 20’s. We were planning to continue our holiday but after sleeping here we just decided to drive home since we both slept better in our own bed. It’s outrageous a hotel like this, has these type of quality beds. To make things worse, if the back pain didn’t wake you up in the morning, the light surely would. There was just no way to make the room even a little bit dark. The blinds wouldn’t shut al the way and there were no curtains to close either.
The breakfast buffet was ok. Staff were extremely friendly Both days we arrived at 9. The first morning there was a nice variety, the second morning most of the warm dishes were empty and the staff stopped refilling. Also a bit of a shame they didn’t offer fresh orange juice.
We also used the hotel parking. Via booking we saw this was 18 euro per day. It wasn’t it was 25 euro per day. I mentioned this at our checkout. The reply I got was “Yes exactly, the parking is separate from the hotel, we only use it. They’ve increased their prices half a year - a year ago”.

Worst room service breakfast of my life. Bed not really comfortable. No shades for the sun in the morning. Restaurant really bad. No room service late in the evening. No fruits.

Modern & clean rooms.
Banging noise in the middle of the night. Impossible to sleep for over an hour. No apologies the next morning.

The location of the hotel, they have such a beautiful spare with a very beautiful view. The staff's were friendly and always ready to answer when you call.
Some of the cleaner didn't do their job well. My partner had to instruct him on what to do the next day.

This is an expensive 3-star hotel trying to make customers believe they are in the luxury sector just because of high prices.
-some restaurants were closed
-there is no possibility to have something small for breakfast, they only have 1 option for 31€. If you want something smaller ordered to the room it costs 36€
-the air conditioning in the rooms is bad, there were 5C outside and it was impossible to cool down the room, the reception said they could bring a ventilator with ice, just not ok in this price sector
-to turn on/off the lights you have to figure out wich of the 20 buttons that are in a panel is the correct one. Of course this is impossible at night, while going to the toilet.
-it is not acceptable for a “spa” hotel not to provide hair conditioning
-the spa is small and crowded
-the gym is embarrassing, it’s a very small and ugly room with a treadmill, elliptical and a few kettlebells
-there was no restaurant open between 11-12 o’clock
…it’s not a bad hotel but they are definitely not in the price sector they believe to be: not worth the money!

Modern hotel right by the Rhine, accompanying staff, very good food with many other dining options nearby. Also a ten minute walk away from the U-bahn station (Ramersdorf or Oberkassel-Nord, whichever your prefer)
The sun blinds at least in my room wouldn’t close completely.
