City center location. Friendly staff and great vibes

We felt extremely cared for, from daily afternoon tea service with delicious pastries to the cookies and juice that were always available in the lobby to the use of free bicycles arranged with a nearby bike shop to daily free use of the nearby water park to the bountiful organic breakfast buffet to the chocolates and free drinks offered upon our departure! It was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences we’ve had in our many years of travel in Italy and Europe. And the staff and d super friendly and helpful! We met the owner several times during our 4 day stay, a charming man who always stood up from whatever he was doing to welcome and engage with us. We were a family of grandparents, parents and a 10 year old grandson, and we all totally loved our stay in the beautiful hotel and town!

Loved the professionalism of the staff. Must visit Flora Gourmet (owned by the hotel) and try their products.

The bed was not very comfortable The breakfast buffet was good, though I think it would be better if some vegetables were included.
