I liked the ambience of the lobby, the colors and the fact that it was so close to the bus station and the airport (very convenient to not be stressed about losing your flight). The room wasn't very big, but it was ok for 2 people and the bed was comfy. Above the bed, there was a ceiling fan, which really helped in the super hot days that we experienced! I liked the fact that it had a pool, even though we didn't use it, but it's nice to have the option. Lastly, the stuff was friendly and cleaned the room almost everyday. In general, good value for money, but certainly there can be some upgrades. :)

There were some things we didn't enjoy. Firstly, there was no fridge in the room (for such a warm island you really need one), the usage of air-condition had to be paid and the wi-fi signal wasn't strong enough. Even though the stuff cleaned the room everyday, there was a bad smell of humid coming from the shower's tube, which was very unpleasant.

Air conditioning at an extra 2 euros per day with a maximum of 8 hours per day. The staff was somewhat rude. The bathroom has a bathtub children size. Breakfast is a joke.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms +-correspond to its description - the furniture is quite oldish but everything is clean and safe.

A wifi captures normally only in the entrance hall, not in the rooms.

Great low budget hotel with easy access to Palma beach

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was comfortable and very clean, nice pool and outside area. Close to some nice restaurants and the main promenade.

As some of the reviews say it is a bit noisy at night but I didn’t find it that much of an issue

Do not stay at this hotel if you intend to sleep! Impossible to sleep due to the extreme noise made by other guests (drunks screaming and throwing objects in the hall and balcony) without any kind of control by the hotel workers even though I called and warned about the nuisance.

Since I was on a cycling holiday it was very convenient in getting away from and in returning to the built up/urban area. Storage room for bikes also in a really convenient location.

While I have no complaints regarding the food, it could do with a greater choice. I.E. Porridge. Fried eggs every morning.

Breakfast was really good. The hotel room was pretty clean and nice. Worth the price for sure!
