Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The location is definitely a strong point, with a supermarket nearby. We also appreciated having a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, as well as a fairly comfortable bed.

There were a few things that could be improved. It is clear that the apartment is used quite frequently, and some of the walls and surfaces show signs of wear and tear. During our 5-day stay, the apartment was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. We would have appreciated this, especially considering the price of the accommodation. The fridge is also quite old and does not have a freezer. Given the warm climate, having some ice available would have been convenient. Communication with the staff was sometimes a little difficult as they did not speak much English. We were also asked to leave around 10 minutes before the scheduled check-out time, which was a little inconvenient. One other thing to keep in mind is that there is no reception, so there is no place to leave your luggage when you arrive. There is a locker available for €5, but you need to contact customer support to get the booking link and access details. Overall, these are relatively minor points, and we still had a good stay. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

Clean and Spacious rooms, convenient location

Shower head kind of broken, reported the problem via messages, slow service

The location of this place is absolutely perfect! It is very close to the metro station and right next to a luggage storage facility, which was incredibly convenient for our last day. The neighborhood is great, and the apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and packed with all the necessary amenities.

The only minor issue we had was figuring out how to communicate with the staff at first. However, once we discovered that they respond quickly on WhatsApp, everything was perfectly fine.

Overall good location. That's also the reason I chose it. Enough space for 2 people to stay. Easy to cook some simple things.

The water sink had some problem. Water Went down very very slow. I opened the lid and found there was a toothbrush lid there. After getting it out the speed didn't get better. After contacting the customer service via WhatsApp, they said the team would come to check it. Unfortunately by the time I check out, still nobody came to fix it.
