The hardworking staff!!!! They worked so hard covering all duties and all with friendliness. Well Done!! Also the excellent location and the hearty breakfast included in the very reasonably price.
The rooms are more than adequate....and for the price to complain would be unreasonable. But just a mention for the carpets maybe to be spot cleaned at least a bit more often. But overall great.

Good clean room.
Good to be able to pick up extra milk, teabags etc for room without having to ask at reception.
Near to shops to be able to walk to easily.
Plenty of parking
Breakfast OK as included in room price but nothing special. Coffee machine out of order for most of our stay.

Room great, Breakfast lovely and a comfy bed
The coffee machine did not work correctly Flat white coffee came out black both days even after asking for the milk in the machine to be fixed. He did fill the machine but it still did not give correct coffee. There was only one chinese man on breakfast service and he was rushed doing everything............. but sadly spent a heck of a long time speaking to chinese guests............... Well over an hour from what we could see

"Great location for the Metro Centre. Very easy to find. Plenty of parking and right next to the Skiff Inn where we went for dinner. The rooms are spacious and clean and the buffet breakfast was great...."
