The staff were amazing and friendly and happy, breakfast was fantastic
The heating didn’t work, windows wouldn’t close properly, very tired hotel,tv had no sound had to change rooms and still nothing worked, not enough plug sockets

Great location and excellent breakfast.
A bit dated, worn and stained carpets, old style windows in the rooms. A good refurb and it would be perfect.
Bar was disappointing. Tried to order 2 drinks from a poster on the bar and they didn’t have the ingredients for either? Why advertise them as autumn specials if you can’t serve them? 🤣

We enjoyed our upgraded room.
The breakfast was very good.
The huge bed was everso comfortable.
We feel decaf coffee and tea could be provided in the room.
The complementary slippers were pointless....a waste of money for you and unwearable for us.
In general the hotel felt rather dated and decor tired.

Location was ideal, breakfast was fine.
The whole site is tired and needs an upgrade from the carpets upwards.
