Great quiet location next to bus stops with a very regular service into Bath Spa. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were more than helpful.

Good location. Fairly central. Paid for air con which we definitely needed. Staff generally very helpful and friendly, let us swap to late checkout.
Parking was very expensive so ended up doing a JustPark nearby.
Lift was broken on the day we stayed there but no actual sign on lift.

Very helpful staff who always there to help at whatever time of the day. Very clean environment and made the stay really lovely.
Nothing I didn't like.

The staff. Location. Reception area. Able to open the window. Bathroom. Bed.
The decor especially the corridors. Carpet was wrinkled and looked really tired. Needed shelves in the room so you can unpack. Breakfast, no choice of eggs and as it was really busy extra staff to refill items. The juice was also warm.
