Campanile NATURE - Sannois Ermont

Clean and pretty recent

It was clean and new

When I called the hotel to say that we were gonna be late as a group and that’s some of them we didn’t know exactly what time they are coming into the night, the guy at the front desk got so annoyed because the key storage boxes were full so he hang up on me, I had to call back three times before he decided to talk to me again! Pretty weird attitude when we are the client. He didn’t tell specifically how he would solve our problem of the gate being closed and the reception being locked up with no one on site. Beside there was a code at the gate that he never informed us off it was only written on the cardboard holding the key card, so at 1 o’clock some of us had to wait that a car left so it opened the gate.

Ease of booking. Good location.

Restaurant closed

Fine for the price. Good for a one night stay, if you need to be in the area. Breakfast was fine but selection could have been better (basic scrambled eggs would have been nice). Decent rooms. Clean. No complaints
