The rooms were huge and mostly clean and comfortable. I also liked the swimming pool and changing areas. Staff were on the whole very polite and nice and helpful
There was chewing gum in my bathroom from the previous occupant, stuck on the wall and not removed by the cleaners.
I agreed to pay breakfast and the spa expecting to pay £17.50 as even though I booked for two people I was on my own, and I explained this when I checked in. I was charged £30. When I asked about this the staff member was very nice and I was eventually reimbursed some money.
The breakfast was nice but not £12.50 worth of nice and I wish I just got a muffin from the Starbucks or got something in town.
