The Fairfield is in a exceptional location. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. The staff are helpful. The breakfasts was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a break.

We were hugely surprised by how lovely this hotel was. We like it enough to book it but it exceeded any expectations we had. The room was much bigger than expected - the bed was super comfy and the shower! It was a brilliant shower! The room also had a large television which was perfect for relaxing on the first night and hooking up to the laptop to get work done in the day as a second screen. The breakfast and dinner I ate in the hotel was outstanding, the quality of food was fantastic and the service was first class from all staff. Amanda on reception went above and beyond to help us during our stay, and I appreciated being able to coordinate a late check-out.

The leisure facilities are a bit small

lovely room and great staff. breakfast was excellent.

extractor fans for kitchen below our room. could hear them at times at through night. Only a small and sis r impact our stay.

This was my second visit to the Fairfield House Hotel; this time I booked the Carnegie Suite as it was a occasion, it was very reasonably priced and we were not disappointed. Perfect location (Theatre a 10 min walk), right on the beach with wonderful views, beautiful food and friendly attentive staff. I will definitely be back!

Leisure facilities were good. The location is good The main meal was very nice.

The room was dated. Paper cups in bedroom for teas and coffes🙄.Broken floor tile in bathroom. Sent back starter as it was cold, it came back cold, waited over 20mins for glass of wine. Breakfast was lovely.👍needs a freshen up, tired in places.

We have always rated this hotel as brilliant and the staff made you feel welcome as usual.

We have been going to hotel for many years now but the decor could be doing with bit of freshen up.

lovely big room with sea view . Had breakfast and dinner in hotel. Plenty of choice at breakfast and really good dinner menu. Food was outstanding.

Good parking, excellent service at breakfast i use a lot of hotels and this was the best ive ever had, the lady serving with light coloured hair was great, good size room and modern fittings.

On check in the girl did not ask if we need help with our cases up stairs with no lifts and we are both pensioners

Location good car parking, lovely entrance, clean rooms and well stocked

Whistely window in room 52 due to wind which kept us up

Food was delicious, staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a really central location.

Very spacious room, lovely bathroom, very clean.

Lots of doors and corridors to access the rooms, but we'll sign posted.

Hotel is nice but in some areas becoming tired looking, carpets in communal areas are worn at stairs and could do with painting in certain areas.
