The vibe and friendliness of everyone was VG. The breakfast is TOP NOTCH. The bar is super and the TV screens and viewing for the football are top class.
The PILLOWS are TERRIBLE and simply not to standard. VERY POOR! I've stayed here for many, many times but the pillows are a major downgrade. The hotel needs to FIX THIS!

Clean & Comfortable. excellent location from Hull train station . Perfect for short stays /city breaks. Rooms were more than average for comfort & home from home feel. Lounge & bar & foyer areas were well maintained & very welcoming. The overall size of the hotel & guests catered for gave that personal experience & felt well looked after during my stay. The in house staff for cleaning the room etc did a fab service.
Additional parking fees as a paying guest. This seems unfair & a hidden cost that was not part or mentioned in the original booking from memory.
