Safe garaging. Easy reach of Nimes centre
Situation of room. Window looked straight into dining room area. Very small shower room with shower head that needed fixing. Extracter fan not working. Hotel looked 'tired'. Needs updating

Friendly staff. Pleasant clean room.
Breakfast was horrible. It lacked choice and some food had gone off.

The shower was not usable so they gave us a very small discount as a token.

It was a great location. Quiet, central and lockup parking.
The man at reception was fabulous - really nice and helpful and his English was good.
Rooms were very basic. Very small bathroom that was in need of a good clean. The shower drain was partially blocked, there was no door in the shower, there was mould on the shower grouting and it was dusty.
There was a glass wall in the room that looked out to the patio and was blocked off by a curtain. It was odd. The airconditioning was behind the curtain but in front of the window so was less effective than it should have been because you couldn't open the curtain because people could see into the room from the patio.
WiFi was poor I used my phone's data it was so bad.
All first world problems... so the place was okay for one night and the price seemed to be about right for me what you got.

Lovely helpful staff. Location was perfect so close to the town. We had breakfast which was perfectly adequate for the price. Some of the staff were very helpful in giving us instructions for sites to visit. The reception went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one.
There was quite a large step out of the shower which is rather tricky for the elderly

The room was furnished and decorated really nicely, cosy and comfortable. The whole hotel was clean and tidy.
Bathroom was well appointed.
Parking for us is very important and this is ultra safe and secure and worth the 10e per night.
The host replied to messages quite quickly and was very friendly but spoke little to no English! Time to brush up on school French!
Nimes is beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer.
One major problem was the language barrier! I speak some French with which it was possible to just about communicate to the host. Without this the visit could have been very interesting! Of course we are in France, but you get very used to communicating in English!
The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre and not quite located in the old town proper. Which was ok for us, but be aware that it feels further at night!

The hotel was well situated for visiting Nimes and everything was within walking distance. The staff were helpful and the hotel parking was useful. we didn’t have the breakfast but it smelled nice! The room we had was quiet and looked out onto the patio.
The room was clean mostly but a little tired and needed a refresh.
8.0
Good location for centre of city and transport hub.
The narrow pavements on the streets approaching the hotel, the appearance of a dodgy and run down neighbourhood.

Nothing
We had the worst experience, to the point were I feared for my kids safety and my own. Someone tried to break into our room, repeatedly… telling us, that it was their room and that it had been double-booked. Finally after 3 am they gave up and left. When I tried to explain the next morning, the receptionist told us she was sorry and that it was probably a drunk person from the street. That is even worse. Thinking that anyone can just walk into that hotel with no security measures in place is frightening. Had I known this I would have never stayed at that hotel …
Horrible, horrible experience all around.

I booked lastminute and was able to check in within 30 minutes.
Poorly maintained structure, sticky floor in the room and only one set of windows that opened up into another room! Never experienced such a thing, very unsettling. Showerhead kept falling down and despite the fact that you could see that some decoration was done, the room was very unclean and frankly felt unsafe with loose outlets and wobbly doorlock. Staff didn't speak English, and the breakfast area was deserted the next morning, despite a sign stating breakfast is served from 8.30 till 10.30, there was no food and no staff available.

Room has good size and bed.
TV could be bigger with more channels variety.

The receptionist was lovely.
Unlikes the receptionist, the owner/manager was rude and very unfriendly.
We had a room with a window that looked into an enclosed, indoor lounge/patio so we had to have our curtains closed the entire time for privacy. The beds were very small and hard. They opened our shutters to clean at 9am waking us up and letting light into the room.
The room itself is small and very dated.

The inner courtyard was nice.
Overall we were disappointed with the 3 star rating. The hotel seemed a little old. The rooms had cheap floor coverings, and our bed did not have a second sheet. The hair drier smoked during use, and some of the taps were wobbly. Our room had a windidow to the inner courtyard, and despite a notice saying it would be closed after 10pm to stop noise, this was not the case, and I had to go out at 11pm to ask guests near our window to tone down the nose (which to be fair, they did). .

Proximity to historic centre at a modest price
Nothing was poor

Good location, friendly check-in, cozy French atmosphere. Everything clean.
The walls of the hotel are véry thin, you can hear everything through it. Almost no natural light in the room.
