Location was good to Bletchley Park. Availability of other restaurants. Room size was good.

Lack of toilet brush. Inconsistent shower temperature and off hand Barman on Sunday night.

Comfortable room and bed! All I expected from the booking. At breakfast staff were willing to help and resolve questions/ thank you

Clean, friendly staff, ideal location.

My Stay — Leonardo Hotel, 19–21 September (2 nights) It started so wonderfully on Saturday 19th — such a warm welcome! The lovely receptionist (name starts with M 💛) let me check in early, which made my whole day. And when I came back from shopping, I was so happy to find my welcome treat — my KitKat and bottled water, just like always 💙 I loved Room 321 — the fountain view was perfect ✨ and I was so grateful for the bathtub. But one thing made it hard: the toilet flush was very stiff and difficult to press. I managed using my L’Oréal oil bottle to push it down, but it wasn’t easy — I ended up using the lobby toilet instead. Next time I’d love the same beautiful view but a different room 💛 Breakfast on my last day felt different — my favourite Lucy was on holiday. With my walking frame, I really needed a little help. The staff there didn’t greet me or offer assistance — I even had to ask another guest to pass my juice. It was the first time I’ve struggled there, and it felt lonely 😔 Dinner time too — room service said busy, but the dining area wasn’t. I sat waiting and no one came over. I know it’s usually bar service, but seeing someone with a disability — a kind word or a little help would mean so much. So I went across to Brown’s instead — and as always, they looked after me beautifully, the food was delicious, and I felt so welcome 💛
