Het was echt fantastisch! Prachtig zwembad, de allerbeste massage en heerlijk eten bij het ontbijt en in het restaurant. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en hebben een paar dagen heerlijk kunnen ontspannen.

We loved absolutely everything about this resort.It is a wonderful oasis , perfect for a few days chilling on our way through Vietnam. But i would have happily stayed much longer if we had time.The complimentary extras -Breakfast/ spa /drinks/ laundry really added an extra layer of pampering and convenience to our trip. The restaurant food is exceptional and really good value for money.

Een heel mooi hotel, in een prachtige, groene omgeving. Het zwembad is zalig, groot, met voldoende zetels en handdoeken. Het ontbijt is luxueus in een mooi kader, keuze tussen binnen of buiten. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Speciale dank aan mrs Claudia en mrs Thanh. Zij verzorgden mij super goed nadat ik gevallen was.

Die Unterkunft war eine kleine Oase. Wir hatten zwar eins der günstigsten Zimmer, aber die waren okay. Alles andere war super schön. Das Frühstück war super gut und der Pool traumhaft. Yoga hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

We got a very warm and welcome and every single member of the staff makes you feel like you belong to the family. Our room located near the Blue pool was tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The breakfast buffet is huge and simply delicious it would take weeks to try all of the dishes. I highly recommend the spa as well, very professional staff. Early morning yoga classes are a treat as well.

Even though we could have stepped out of bed and jumped right into the pool, we didn't do so, since - unfortunately -the the weather was quite miserable during the whole time we stayed in Hue.

The grounds and landscaping are excellent and tranquil.

The room, toilet and lighting need upgrading. They are too out of date.

The private villas are very spacious and very clean. Due to the weather we couldn't use the private pool, but it's a nice space for groups or families traveling together. The shared pool is heated, which is very nice. The heaters and aircons in the room worked really well. The staff at the reception were exceptional and helped us with taxis when we couldn't find grabs and organizing a cooking class at the property.

The breakfast buffet feels a bit like a cafeteria, with plain simple cheap tableware and the onsite restaurant are bar are ok but would not detour for them.

Opłata dodatkowa za korzystanie z sauny i jacuzzi, tym bardziej, że sauna jest w złym stanie- bardzo zużyta. W barze obsluga bardzo głośna - zamiast muzyki slychać rozmowy pracowników… troche ro przeszkadzało.

Everything was literally PERFECT

The room price was reasonable but the services available for purchase were very expensive such as the restaurant and spa services. There is a noisy rooster in the neighbourhood who affects sleep throughout the night. At first glance the hotel appears 5 star but this feeling can fade as you look a little closer. It’s not as fun when ordering cocktails, for example, for one drink to come 15 minutes before the other one.

De eerste nacht hadden we een comfort kamer, die was oke. We kregen een gratis update naar een honeymoon bungalow, en die was fantastisch! In een stil deel vh resort, met extra faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd zwembad. De service en bediening zijn top en het ontbijt is heerlijk, evenals het eten in het restaurant. Je betaalt misschien in verhouding een hogere prijs voor Azie-begrippen, maar het is het wel waard.

Direct buiten het resort is niet veel te doen, naar het centrum is te ver om even naar toe te lopen.

This is close to 6 star quality. Above the usual Vietnamese friendliness the staff are highly trained and attentive to needs and details. Value +++ a beautiful room was AUD $130 a night -amazing bungalows and high end villas in ideal surrounds of lakes, jungle and pools with bars.

It’s away from the center of town but who doesn’t like a blat in on a scooter for a look around.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The room was fantastic as well as all of it's amenities, private pool. large bathtub, minibar and the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, a great pastry selection as were the Banh Mi, noodle and omelette stations as well as a great selection of coffees and teas. The Complex has four pools, included a heated pool. Fantastic selection of local food. Maybe the best Spa I have visited in Asia

Almost everything was perfect.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We used the pool, spa and gym and all were absolutely pristine. The room was so nice we didn’t particularly want to leave to explore Hue! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, we really couldn’t fault it.

What a beautiful place on earth. The whole property, vegetation and pool were fantastic. We have been upgraded on our stay and the all the staff was super nice. We were unsure if it would be worth to stay just one night and during rain season - and we are so glad we did, highly recommend!

Jacuzzi and Sauna use has to be paid extra.

Every little detail was thought through. The place was clean, pretty, green. The restaurant had amazing food. We visited during the rain season so the hotel was almost empty but it was still nice. We did free thai chi and yoga classes. Walked around with umbrellas and swam in the pool in the rain.

The gym has almost no equipment and it was ridiculously cold (felt like 16C)

It is no exaggeration to state that this is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed (huge sample size!). The design (physical and landscape) is exquisite and befits the same design masterpieces of the city's main attractions (Citadel and Tombs). It should be featured in "Architectual Digest"! Four Seasons it isn't but why would you want something so corporate and soul sucking (and ten times the price or more) when you can enjoy crossing into this "other world" that offers a respite (practically a "campus") that so elegantly melds nature with function. The facilities are spread out among a huge lobby building (open air), the various room buildings consists of a variety of two-storey buildings, others standalone large bungalows, and others in attached rows centered around beautiful swimming pools. The breakfast is outstanding--the best we had in Vietnam--tons of options. In the same building as the breakfast area, but in the ground floor, is a charming bar. Simply said, the hotel offers a whole lot of benefits at a comparatively high value. All the staff were highly responsive, hard-working, and welcoming---typical beautiful Vietnamese hospitality!

It's about 5km from the city center. If you want to eat outside the hotel, there are only a few restaurants (Ecco across the street wasn't bad) in walking distance. But there are grocery stores and other street food options that are walkable.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Pilgrimage. Wir wurden kostenlos upgegradet und bekamen bei Ankunft ein Erfrischungsgetränk. Das Zimmer war toll, das Bett bequem! Auch am Pool war sehr wenig los, haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut entspannen! Lediglich das Frühstück ist etwas teuer (390000 VND), aber dafür sehr lecker! Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, wir kommen wieder!

We have travelled a lot around the world, and we would rate this hotel as one of the best we have stayed at. The serenity, the beautiful food, the stunning villa with a comfortable bed, and the friendly staff gave us a 10/10 experience.

Great place to relax and unwind as well as a base for touring the sites of Hue. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A particular highlight was the spa treatments which couldn’t be in a nicer setting.
