Scrumptious breakfast!

Great location close to train station. Amazing cooked breakfast with perfectly cooked poached / fried eggs. Great friendly staff.

We were at the back of the hotel where we heard a lot of noise from people outside leaving a function. Even though the window was closed, we could hear them a lot.

Excellent hotel food very good friendly staff service excellent nice and warm.

The shower was very slippery needs shower mats.

The hotel was first class Breakfast was wonderful Definitely stay there next time iam in Kirkcaldy

The rooms are comfortable, the food is very good and reasonably priced and the location very useful for town. Above all however, this is a very friendly and welcoming place to be. The staff are outstanding and deliver an excellent service. They are all very helpful, cheerful and friendly.

Tidy and just refurbished

The intense smell of the air freshener when we opened the door of the room, making us feeling sick and fearing that they try to cover up something smelly… but this fortunately evaporated after some time

We were able to have one dinner and 2 plates. Being older we cannot eat large portions and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our first meal so much that we entertained a relative the next night.

Room was a little small for two but perfectly adequate.

The room was closed to a motor which makes noise all night while there was no airco in the room

Service was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. breakfast was good, a few things I would have preferred different but that is personal taste.

Dinner was a bit disappointing as the vegetarian guest wanted a dish from the menu but it was not available, this was at 6pm. It would have been better to be told this on arrival.

Noise from Club next door at 2.00 in the morning

Shower not working. Room to hot even with heating off, if opened window fan noise was to loud. Had liver and bacon for evening meal, mash was nor good. Breakfast was not good, sausages, and bacon were overcooked, ordered toast did not arrive. As had to leave early in the morning I was not able to complain as no one on reception. Phoned twice to complain, I was promised a phone calls back still waiting..

food was basic, my room 11 window opened next to the noisy, smelly kitchen extractor even with the window closed. opening the window only allowed the smell of cooking food into the room, in the morning the smell was unbearable. you can hear people moving around in the rooms either side. I managed to sleep for less than 5 hours due to to noise and a couple in the next room at 4.45am. I booked for 2 days but left and stayed elsewhere the second day. I told the receptionist who said they had not had any complaints before, the company I visited that day had also made a complaint so!, I stay in Fife regularly and have never had to leave a hotel before.

no Wi-Fi upstairs , a simple Wi-Fi booster would solve this rooms need blackout blinds , when the sun’s up you’re up !!
