Old rooms and price quite high for the standard. No free swimming pool.

The check-in was smooth. We arrived early and they had a room ready and were most happy to have us check in immediately, which was perfect than just dropping off luggage. The room is clean and well apportioned and the bathroom is well planned. The toiletries were excellent. We had a room that faced the main road and many other tall building across from us and it was a lovely view. The room was insulated from the noise below. The housekeeping service was also prompt and excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect to access many places. Going to the basement directly allows you to access the the metro rail services and it was super easy for both sightseeing, wandering and to take the airport express to the airport. The hotel allows keycard entrance at multiple corners making it super easy to access your floor rather than go only through the main lobby. We chose the package with breakfast and spread was excellent. I would highly recommend this. One specific feature I'd like to point out is the availability of a water dispenser on every floor. Given bottled water is the norm in Korea, it was excellent to refill and reuse bottles rather than buy, use and throw several bottles a day.

Bathroom very nice. Bed is comfy. I liked the public steamer and ironing facilities, and the gym is well equipped.

check-in experience was painful at midnight with the clerk asking me to get the booking number (?) while she had my passport in hand and confirming she had my booking on her screen. A first for me, over procedural in my opinion, not to mention the lack of empathy facing a tired customer.
